Bloom 99 is an area accessible from the phone booth in Checkerboard Clubhouse.

Bloom 99 is a large, horizontally looping area with a highway, a river, trees and translucent black-and-white fish slowly flying leftwards. The highway is decorated with lights on its two sides. Along the way on the northern of a river are a TV and a vending machine. Interacting with the TV plays 9 channels sequentially and you are taken to the Stereo Station.
At the southern bank is a boat on the river. By using the boat, you can find a struggling black-and-white fish in the middle of the river. Interacting with the fish makes a sound.
Chainsawing the back of the phone booth will make it enter a "Broken state", if you interact with it in this state, it will take you back all the way to Ninja Town and the phone booth will go back to its original state. Leaving the world does not reset the phone booth.
Watching channel 3 for a while until the background gets dark changes channel 4 to be a singular, kickflipping urotsuki. After doing this and arriving to Stereo Station a skateboard can be collected from the conductor seat.
