Bloom 99 is an area accessible from the phone booth in Checkerboard Clubhouse.
Features
Bloom 99 is a large outdoor area with a highway, a river, and trees. Floating above the landscape are translucent black-and-white fish that slowly fly leftwards. The highway is decorated with lights on its two sides. Along the northern bank of the river are a TV and a vending machine. Interacting with the TV plays a sequence of nine channels and takes you to Stereo Station afterwards.
There is a 1/16 chance upon entering the world that a gnome named Cornelius will appear to the left of the entrance. Interacting with him will show a close-up.
By the southern bank is a boat on the river. By using the boat, you can find a struggling black-and-white fish in the middle of it. Interacting with the fish makes a sound.
Chainsawing the back of the phone booth will make it enter a broken state. If you interact with it in this state, it will take you back all the way to Ninja Town and it will go back to its original state. Leaving the world does not reset the phone booth.
TV Channels
Channel #1
Channel #1 depicts a skyline sunset view, with some birds flying across the screen.

Channel #6
Channel #6 portrays Urotsuki in a desert wearing blue glasses and making a peace sign next to a smoking cactus with sunglasses.
Channel #7
Channel #7 depicts a post apocalyptic world, with a bunch of spikes.
Channel #8
Channel #8 shows a stormy plains landscape; thunder strikes every now and then.
Channel #9
Channel #9 portays a looping animation of wolf Urotsuki with the sky as a background. After this channel you will be taken to Stereo Station.
