The Dark Promenade is an area accessible from a large puddle in the Darknezzz.
Features
To the right, a creature can be found in the middle of the path. Killing it with the Slayer Delusion will make a ladder appear, bringing you to The Hand Shop when interacted with.
This is where the Devil's Blood Delusion can be found. It can be found by going right a couple loops and then going left, which will bring you to a new area.
