Blue Rock Depths is an area accessible from a doorway in the Sandy Cavern.
Features
Blue Rock Depths is a large underwater area shown from the perspective of a CRT TV. The area's floor is light blue, littered with dozens of blue boulders of varying sizes, and decorated with differently-shaped patches of what seems to be a reflective liquid.
South and a bit west from the Sandy Caverns entrance is a hole with a ladder to the Sub Area, a section where the floor spells "sub area". An object that connects to a Mansion can be found here. Going further south from the Sandy Caverns entrance instead, one can pass between a set of pillars to enter Retro Dungeon.
Strolling west of the entrance will lead to an arch-like formation of blue pebbles on the ground, and entering it from below will transport Urotsuki to a small yellow room with a pedestal, a large stone gate, and what seem to be loose ropes or wires. Continue through the gate to enter Flowery Ponds.
Interacting with the pedestal will lead to the Scale Model Exhibit and unlock the connection there; however, you must enter the main area of Blue Rock Depths if you went through Dusty Grey Town and Flowery Ponds, or else the connection will be one-way and will not unlock from the other side.
Mansion
The Mansion is an unfinished Marble-white structure, upon entering there are two corridors going right or left, the right one eventually leads to small library, awhile the left corridor branches off to several dead ends and another different library, with pressure plate flooring

Trivia
- Some of the shapes formed on the ground seem to resemble connections to The Nexus, including Rock World, Pudding World, Purple World, and perhaps Heart World. There is also a mushroom similar to the Mushroom World connection.
