Anthropomorphic trash cans roam the area, as well as anthropomorphic garbage bags, those react to Drum and Tissue effects. A river of raw sewage flows underneath the area. Treatment Plant
This sub-area is a long corridor with faded tiles and brick floors. Urotsuki can take a boat along the stream of sewage flowing from the drainage pipes. There is not much to see other than a vending machine and a floating heart at the easternmost end of the stream. Interacting with the heart will take you to Hatred Palace.
