Doomsday is an area accessible from the lobby of Blissful Clinic.

Features

Doomsday is a room with an overlook adorned with large plotted plants, and a swing with vines growing on it. On the swing is Sniper-san sitting next to a giant black bird with a pink ribbon on it. The bird is looking at Urotsuki.

The two will react to various effects. The bird will become nervous when equipping the Chainsaw, Lantern, Wolf, Eyeball Bomb, and Plaster Cast. The bird smiles when equipping the Maiko, Twintails, and Polygon effects. The bird's eye will dart around the room when equipping the Grave, and when using the Invisible effect.

Sniper-san will look in Urotsuki's direction when equipping the Chainsaw, Eyeball Bomb, and Cake effects and when using the Invisible effect. Sniper-san will grow horns when equipping the Boy and Fairy effects, go to sleep when equipping the Twintails and Polygon effects, will disappear entirely when equipping the Stretch, and Grave effects, and will be slouching with a bloodied eye when equipping the Plaster Cast effect. If the Wolf effect is equipped, Sniper-san will gain wolf ears and tail, and will howl together with Urotsuki when the action button is held.
