Shaded Hallways is a world accessible at the end of the Disfigured Pathways in Disfigured Expanse.

Features

This area is a series of dark corridors, with some elements from Disfigured Expanse. North of the pillars leading to Disfigured Expanse, the orange creature blocking the doorway can be chainsawed. The slow chasers in the following section, which resemble the orange creature, will return Urotsuki to its entrance.

The next room contains four orange creatures and a warning sign. Marking a warp point here with the Bat effect may be useful, as the doorway leads to the Painful Reminder, where a fast chaser is able to send Urotsuki all the way back to the entrance of Shaded Hallways in Disfigured Expanse. This chaser must be avoided by using the Bike effect.

Past the four orange creatures, successfully navigating through the clusters of bodies and avoiding the familiar chaser silhouette leads to a doorway. Entering it places Urotsuki at the end of a horizontal hall. A grayscale eye visible in the background. The blue-haired character from Burgundy Flats is seen running away. Following the character past yellow flowers will transport Urotsuki deeper.

In the deeper vertical hall, monochrome paintings seem to depict a child losing their family and being tormented by beings similar to the ones in Disfigured Expanse. Another character steps in, warding away malice and extending a hand to the child. The final painting depicts the sword-wielding character next to the child, who is holding a staff-like object. It may be possible that the paintings are depicting the blue-haired character from Burgundy Flats and the leader of Dream Precinct.

Further north, more flowers surround a doorway in a hexagonal building, which leads to the cliffside Menu Theme area in Burgundy Flats.
