North of the pillars leading to Disfigured Expanse, the orange creature blocking the doorway can be chainsawed. The chasers in the following section will return Urotsuki to its entrance. The next room contains more orange creatures and a warning sign. Marking a warp point with the Bat effect may be useful; the next room has a chaser that will send Urotsuki back to the entrance of Shaded Hallways in Disfigured Expanse.
