Alto is an area accessible from the Radio in Stereo Station.
Features
Alto is set on the rooftops of various buildings, with the entrance building having a small radio tower positioned on top of it and being made up of (what appears to be) large speakers. Like its preceding areas, flying fish can be seen floating in the sky. In order to progress in this area, the player must use the Fairy or Spacesuit effect to travel from building to building, usually denoted by an arrow pointing to the next ledge.
Past the water tower, at the rooftop with a ladder going down, there is an unmarked ledge that when traversed off of will lead to a small opening in the apartment block, granting access to the room with the Menu Theme #77. After acquiring the menu theme, access to this room will be blocked off with a trash can.
Moving past this ledge and climbing down the ladder, the player can enter an apartment complex with a series of rooms, which are only lit by the windows that gradually increase in size with every room. Peering through these windows will reveal a giant tuna fish floating outside. Traveling right from the largest room will take the player to another ledge, which leads to yet another, large, apartment building.
Entering the apartment building through a window will lead to a small apartment, where interacting with the phone at the end will warp Urotsuki to Tunneltrack.

Trivia
The flying fish seen in the apartment complex could be a reference to Paradise's flying whale, as their artstyle is quite similar.
