Ocean Storehouse is an area accessible from the pier in the City Limits.
Features
The Ocean Storehouse starts off in a set of sewage drains, where the puddle of filthy, green water serves as an entrance and exit. By heading east, you will find a hall with a series of vending machines next to a elevator. By heading up the elevator, you can enter the main section of the Ocean Storehouse.
After going up through the elevator, you are greeted with a room that contains an escalator and a hall with several posters on the wall. The posters feature a green creature with some numbers. By continuing down this hall, you can head up a flight of stairs to find a room with red curtains in it. In this room, there is a 1/9 chance that the Woman and the Mirror event will occur by interacting with the door on the left. Additionally, you can occasionally find a ghost hiding behind the curtains. By interacting with the ghost, it will play a sound and begin to slowly fade out.
If you instead go up the escalator, you will find a small room that contains a vending machine and two benches. By going through the metal doors and up the spiral staircase, you will find another small room that contains two benches. By going through the door here, you will enter the Water Reclamation Facility.
You can reroll the chance to encounter the Woman and the Mirror event by leaving and reentering the area from the City Limits.
