Heartfelt Eclipse Sea is an area accessible from one of the white buildings in Rifle Wasteland.

The world is made up of a land and an ocean half, with flags that teleport Urotsuki between the two. A green one can be spotted next to the stabbed eyeball- touching it teleports Urotsuki into the ocean section of the world. There is an orange flag in the ocean section which when touched then brings Urotsuki to an isolated water section with a black flag.
Touching the black flag teleports Urotsuki to a road by the sea, resembling the Hospital Outlook in Sweet Medical Utopia. At first the area looks peaceful, but advancing right will cause the screen to glitch and reveal a black goo stringing over the scenery. Further to the right is a staircase that leads to Wan Lotus Docks.
