The Ice Cream Islands is an area accessible by interacting with the humanoid creature when it's happy in the Oriental Pub.

Features

Ice Cream Islands are a group of floating islands consisting of either wood or wafers, and mires of mint-flavored ice cream, with bridges seemingly made of whatever the solid parts are made out of.

From the Oriental Pub, the player starts on an island with an ice cream truck that appears to be operated by the happy humanoid figure. Going down will take you to another island with a puddle of ice cream in its center. This platform contains two other bridges leading to the western and southern islands, both of which mostly consist of ice cream. Heading to the leftmost part of the area leads you to an island with an humanoid crying creature on it that serves as a portal to Holiday Hell, and by going to the southwestern island, you can find a hideous, fleshly creature that appears to be submerged in the ice cream.

Traversing the ice cream by foot will make Urotsuki sink, progressively reducing movement speed over time. It can be safely navigated by equipping any effects that allow flight, such as Fairy, Spacesuit, or Bat, or by walking on the ice cream with Penguin equipped. Urotsuki will refuse to step into the ice cream when using the Child or Crossing effects.

Staying on the ice cream for too long or stepping into it with the Drum effect equipped will make Urotsuki sink completely, ending up in the Ice Cream Dungeon, which houses a unique vending machine and a Shadow Lady trapped in ice cream. Chainsawing the Shadow Lady will send in three blob chasers made out of ice cream, trapping Urotsuki in a darker section of the dungeon, with no other choice but to wake up or to use the Eyeball Bomb.
