Lively Tower is a world accessible from the pink-ish building in Skyline Highway.

Features

Lively Tower is the seven-floor building from Skyline Highway. each floor seems to contain a set of different NPCs.

The Duck NPCs seem to react to various effects:

  • The Haniwa effect turns them brown and they slowly inch towards Urotsuki when then effect is used.
  • The Tissue effect makes them have a silly face and start to rapidly move towards Urotsuki.
  • The Bat effect turns them pink and they stop in their track whenever the effect is used.
  • The Chainsaw effect makes them rapidly move away from Urotsuki.

Furthermore some NPCs reacts to those effects.

  • The red shrimps in the second floor seems to react to the Eyeball Bomb effect. turning them into floating blooks.
  • The blocky oni in the third floor have an angry expression whenever the Red Riding Hood effect is used.
  • The hooded folks in the fourth floor reacts to different effects, the Chainsaw effect makes them faceless, the Polygon effect makes them angry and using it will make them move away from Urotsuki, and the Drum effect makes them happy, moving towards Urotsuki if its used.

The fifth floor contains a vending machine with a girl that wears what appears to be different Noh masks depending on the players effects.

  • With the Chainsaw effect she wears a scared oni mask and stop in her place and faces Urotsuki.
  • The Wolf effect gives her the same scared oni mask but she faces away from Urotsuki, if the effect is used she loses her mask for a moment and the grim face of the girl can be seen.
  • With the Maiko or Dice effect she wears a Hyottoko mask and spins in place, if the effect is used she stops spinning and faces towards the Urotsuki.
  • The Gakuran effect changes her mask to the apperance of a maiden, if the effect is used she jumps in place.
  • The Drum effect changes her mask to the appreance of an old man, if the effect is used she moves towards Urotsuki.

The rabbit-slug creatures on the sixth floor react to the Drum effect by turning red and rapidly moving away from Urotsuki, the seventh floor hosts a red worm monster, it does not appear to react to any effect but can be chainsawed.
