Lively Tower is a world accessible from the pink-ish building in Skyline Highway.
Features
Lively Tower is a seven-floor building with reddish-pink walls, a yellow tiled floor, and windows showing the sunset; the area is furnished with various desks, lamps, hatracks and potted plants. The floors of the tower can be accessed by interacting with the red and blue arrows found on the map, which take you up and down respectively. Each floor also contains a set of different NPCs that react to certain effects.
Floor 1
The first floor contains multiple duck-like NPCs; by heading to the north most room you will find the red arrow to the next floor. The duck NPCs react to the following:
- The Haniwa effect turns them brown and they slowly inch towards Urotsuki when then effect is used.
- The Tissue effect makes them have a silly face and start to rapidly move towards Urotsuki, placing down a tissue will make them spin in place.
- The Bat effect turns them pink and they stop in their track whenever the effect is used.
- The Chainsaw effect makes them rapidly move away from Urotsuki.
Floor 2
The second floor contains a set of red four legged creatures that seem to be waving. Equipping the Eyeball Bomb effect turns them into floating orbs. Using the effect will make them move quickly. The room on the right contains the next red arrow.
Floor 3
The third floor contains blocky blue oni NPCs, which will look away from Urotsuki with an angry expression whenever the Red Riding Hood effect is equipped. The next red arrow can be found directly right from the blue one.
Floor 4
The fourth floor contains purple hooded folks, the Chainsaw effect makes them faceless, the Polygon effect makes them angry and using it will make them quickly move away from Urotsuki, and the Drum effect makes them happy, moving towards Urotsuki while spinning if the effect is used. The red arrow can be found by going to the room southeast.
Floor 5
The fifth floor contains two rooms, the first one where Urotsuki is placed has a vending machine and the next red arrow, the upper room, which appears to be the boss' office, is inhabited by a girl wearing different Noh masks depending on what effects are currently equipped:
- With the Chainsaw effect she wears a scared oni mask and stops in place while facing Urotsuki.
- The Wolf effect gives her the same scared oni mask but she faces away from Urotsuki, if the effect is used she loses her mask for a moment and the grim face of the girl can be seen.
- With the Maiko or Dice effects she wears a Hyottoko mask and spins in place, if the effect is used she stops spinning and faces towards Urotsuki.
- The Gakuran effect changes her mask to the appearance of a maiden, if the effect is used she jumps in place.
- The Drum effect changes her mask to the appreance of an old man, if the effect is used she moves towards Urotsuki.
Addionally, wearing any mask removes hers, giving a full view of her face.
Floor 6
The sixth floor contains rabbit-slug creatures which react to the Drum effect by turning red and moving rapidly. The red arrow can be found on the east most room down.
Floor 7
The seventh and last floor hosts a red worm monster, it does not appear to react to any effect but can be chainsawed.
