Blissful Clinic (also known as Blissful Hospital) is a world accessible from the dark version of Sniper-san’s room in Sweet Medical Utopia.

Features

The entrance starts out in a large waiting room. You can interact with the window to look upwards. The room also has plenty of seats in which Urotsuki can sit in and a vending machine.

In this room is a single ghostly figure of a nurse, who only reacts to the Chainsaw effect. Continuing to the right will lead to a hall to the north and a set of double doors to the south. Entering the hall to the north leads to a short hallway leading to an elevator. Entering the doors to the south leads to a dimly-lit corridor that ends with barricaded elevator, but if the day count/times slept counter ends in 5 prior to going to bed, there will be an additional IV drip device that is visually distinct from the others left of the elevator, which leads to Doomsday.

Past the elevator is another hallway that contains more ghostly nurses as well as many enterable rooms. At the end of the hall is an elevator that will take you to a different floor. The first door on floor 3 shows Sniper-san sitting on the floor of his room, being scolded by a nurse. Urotsuki is initially blocked by debris on the floor. There is a chance upon opening the door that the debris is cleared, and the nurse is gone, and Sniper-san is up and wandering, letting Urotsuki wander the room. Equipping the Cake, Eyeball Bomb, Bat, Drum, Spring, Gakuran, or Penguin effect will make Sniper-san follow you, while the Plaster Cast has the opposite effect. Equipping the Chainsaw or Invisible effects will make him stand where he is and stare at Urotsuki. Near the bed there is a button which makes a sound when interacted with. Upon repeated interaction, a nurse rushes into the room, transporting Urotsuki and Sniper-san to a locked supply closet. Interacting with Sniper-san with the Chainsaw effect equipped will allow Urotsuki to break out, transporting you to the first floor of the hospital.

Door 2 on floor 2 leads to an overlook displaying a city, as well as a planet in the distance. The far end of the hallway leads to the roof.

If Variable #44 has a value between 237 and 255 (a 7% chance), then Sniper-san's room will be dark and they will not be present. If you head to the roof you will see Sniper-san standing on the railing and if they are approached, the screen will fade to black and a faint thump will be heard. When the world returns into view Sniper-san will have disappeared. Upon reentering the hospital and returning to Sniper-san's room, the room will have reverted to normal, with Sniper-san present.
