Some masks can be unlocked in the Dream Wardrobe, accessible from Urotsuki's Dream Apartments. Below is a list of them.

Icon	Name	Unlock Conditions
	Teleport Runes	Interact with one of the payphones in Parking Garage. While doing so, there’s a chance Urotsuki will be transformed into a Teleport Rune, unlocking them as masks in the Dream Wardrobe.
	Fish Person (Normal and Angry)	Obtain Menu Theme #56, view the event in Candlelit Factory and enter the area with the clover, then in Flamelit Wasteland enter the room with the bear. When the bear is asleep, interact with the fishing pole and go outside and interact with the NPC.
	Rock Salt	Interact with a blue tentacle in Himalayan Salt Shoal's Salt Pools.
	Shadow Salt	Equip the Rock Salt mask and enter the open pyramid in Himalayan Salt Shoal, then sleep in the bed to arrive at the Shoal Dream and get caught by the speedy Shadow Salt.
	Blue Slime	Go to Blue Eyes World with text events disabled. The Restored Character World connection will be replaced by a Teleport Rune which turns you into a blue slime upon interaction, unlocking the mask. Can go through certain small spaces while equipped, like Moai Bro's prison.
	Enraged Shadow Lady	Bring the regular Shadow Lady mask into the mirror room in Day and Night Towers and interact with your reflection.
	Black Hole Girls	Each mask is unlocked by finding their associated Menu Theme, these being Menu Theme #28, Menu Theme #29, Menu Theme #31, Menu Theme #32, Menu Theme #45 and Menu Theme #82 respectively.
	Onee-Chan	Interact with Onee-Chan in Highway.
	Desu-Chan	Interact with Desu-Chan in Highway. Can go through certain small spaces while equipped, like Moai Bro's prison.
	Silly Star	Visit Glowing Stars World. Can go through certain small spaces while equipped, like Moai Bro's prison.
	Tsugihagi-kun	Interact with the writhing hand pierced by a needle inside the secret room of Patchwork Playroom in The Pansy Path.
	Waiyamichi	Visit Interconnected Wire World.
	Samishii	Visit the cliff in Grayscale Mountain Ring.
	Sheep	Spoiler [Show/Hide] If you have slept for more than 365 days or played for over 365 hours, sleep in the bed in Urotsuki's Dream Apartments repeatedly until Urotsuki turns into a sheep. Spoilers end here.
