The Needle Maze is an area accessible from a sewing needle in the Pastel World.
Features
The Needle Maze is a teleportation maze consisting of various blue platforms with needles stuck in them, some of which vary in shape by stretching or drooping down. The area is traversed by interacting with upward-facing needles with their eye visible. The area leads to two different worlds if the maze is traversed correctly, signified by needles with threads tangling around them.
Upon interacting with the needle near the Pastel World warp on the first island, the second island gives the choice of two needles that will lead to different worlds:
- The needle on the left leads to the islands needed to get to Glass Pipe World. Upon interacting with the left needle, interact with the needle above, to the right, and to the right again. If done correctly, this will lead to an island with a red string tied around a needle, which is the warp to Glass Pipe World.
- The needle on the right leads to the islands needed to get to Vast Plains. Upon interacting with the right needle, interact with the needle above, the lowest needle on the next island, and then the needle above. If done correctly, this will lead to an island with a brown string tied around a needle, which is the warp to Vast Plains.
