Features
This map is comprised of gray platforms surrounded by acid, connected together by metal bridges. Hydraulic pumps and barrels of toxic waste are strewn about the area. Some bridges have a moving platform that cannot be used unless the Dark Matter effect has been obtained, which can be done by interacting with the floating blue blob on one of the platforms.
Obtaining the Dark Matter effect allows access to a previously unreachable platform with an elevator door bearing the same blue diamond symbol as the moving platforms. Like the moving platforms, using the Dark Matter effect to take the elevator and access the Two-Way Corridor.
Two-Way Corridor
The Corridor is a small hallway, made of large white blocks through which the light of the sun shines through; a large red creature hangs from the ceiling, wrapping its tentacles around the blocks. At the end of the hall is a swirly, barber pole-like object in yellow, purple, and pink; interacting with it will trigger a short puzzle where you have to line up the background and foreground patterns. Completing the puzzle returns you to the Two-Way Corridor, but now it's been inverted, so you can progress.
The next area uses the same tileset as the Sea of Static, and features a large swarm of tube worm-like creatures pursuing you. They can't step on the rings, so they are safe spots. The chasers will disappear for a second every so often, allowing you to progress to the area, though they have a small chance of reappearing nearly instantly. The path progresses south and then to the east, ending in a leap of faith where you must rush out to the portal to the next area without being able to see it. This takes you to the Geiger Lab, a short green hallway punctuated by the sounds of a Geiger counter. At the end of the lab is a door back out to the main area of the Toxic Waste Plant, but the waste has been drained.
Without the contaminated water covering the floor, it's possible to explore the lower level of the Toxic Waste Plant, which has a bedrock floor and occasional puddles of toxic waste. In one spot east of the entrance, you can find a storm drain with a hole in it. Going down the hole will lead to a dark room with a pathway made of the barrels, which gets darker and darker as you progress. At the end of the path is El Bebe, a large mutant baby with three eyes.
Interacting with El Bebe will cause the screen to cut out before taking you to an enclosed area made up of parts of El Bebe's face. This area appears to be viewed through a sonogram and the layout resembles a womb. Reaching the end of this trail with cause the music to glitch out before cutting to black and showing a fake game over screen. The text will then morph into long tentacles, seemingly reaching out to the player. After this happens, Kubotsuki will be transported back to the Sea of Static.

Trivia
- This world had a simpler, flatter look to it in previous versions. The El Bebe event was also less elaborate.
