Fish Oil Swamp is an area accessible from the dark green and black stone in Nazca Valley.
Features
Fish Oil Swamp is a lively area, partially submerged in fish oil and water, with the liquids cascading from one level to another. Some spots on the wall could be sewer grates or speakers. The area is filled with happy little fish swimming past lily pads, large glass bottles of fish oil, spiky and rounded plants, and skewers of some type of meat, possibly fish.
The little magenta fish will follow Urotsuki if the Teru Teru Bōzu effect is equipped. If the Raincoat effect is equipped, the yellow fish will follow her as well.
By heading straight south from the Nazca Valley entrance and following the wall east, south, and west, Urotsuki will encounter a big fish that will transport her to Cinder Statue Heaven.
Northwest of the Nazca Valley entrance is an elevated section with an oddly-shaped penguin behind bars. Equipping the Penguin effect will make it move faster.
An angelic NPC is located northeast of the Nazca Valley entrance. Equipping the Lantern or Chainsaw effect will make the angel flee. If the Plaster Cast, Marginal, or Grave effect is equipped, the angel will follow Urotsuki.
Below the angelic NPC is a red crab, shuffling between two spots. Interacting with it will take Urotsuki to Crab Shore. Equipping the Penguin effect will make it slow down. It will speed up if the Drum effect is equipped. Further south, a lone black fish can be seen.
All moving NPCs in this area and the subarea will stop in response to the Crossing effect, including the zodiac sign.
Crab Shore
Crab Shore is a peaceful beach with sands dotted by blue and yellow starfish. The "Cancer" zodiac sign floats in the purple sky, and a small bottle of fish oil sits at the edge of the blue waters. A tan conch shell can be found on the other end. Golden crabs now join the red crab in their endless shuffling. They will react to the same effects as the red crab, but with altered sounds upon interaction. Intercepting and interacting with the red crab will allow Urotsuki to return after a different exit animation.
