Tarnished Chocolate World is an area accessible from a red ladder in Chocolate World with the Grave or Marginal effect equipped.

Map of Tarnished Chocolate World.

Features

Tarnished Chocolate World is a rather large looping hub area with a maze-like structure. Unlike its standard counterpart, this world is shares a more reddish color and has a very aggressive scrolling background. Various large chocolate bars can be found that serve as warps to different worlds.

Directly south from the ladder, a large chocolate can be found that leads to Spiders' Nest. From here, going right leads to a red and purple chocolate that warps Urotsuki to Pattern Cubes World.

North from the ladder, a chocolate with an extra chunk on its side can be found that leads to Violent Fruit District. Directly left from it is a bitten chocolate that leads to Bleeding Heads Garden.

Southwest from the Spiders' Nest chocolate bar, a red staircase can be found that leads to small isolated platform where Tebukuro can be found. Urotsuki can chainsaw it, but not kill it.

If Variable #44 is equal to or greater than 72, Samishii will appear northwest of the Bleeding Heads Garden chocolate bar. She will usually be looking down and lifting her head up for a bit upon interaction. If the Wolf effect is equipped, Samishii will shake her head and make a Japanese “no” sound. She seems to cheer up when the Teru Teru Bōzu effect is equipped, lifting her head up and starting to blush. If Variable #44 is above 172, equipping the Chainsaw or the Grave effect will show a bloody headless Samishii.
