Exploring further into the map will lead you to some more smaller islands, one of them containing a Vending Machine with a starry motif, and another island with a blue Starbit spinning around, interacting with it will take you to Constellation World, only if you have aquired either the Spring or Bunny Ears effects (Necessary to reach this islands in the first place).

Taking the other path to the right on the lower-right island will take you to a tiny lagoon and from there you can get back into the main island.
