The spirit world of Collective Unconscious is host to many unique characters. Some may interact with Minnatsuki directly, and others are featured in their own events. This page lists the more notable NPCs of the game, sorted by their author.
Eidola Characters
These are characters which grant Minnatsuki an eidolon when interacted with.

Red Friend
A Red Creature made out of clay found in Sabbatical Complex.
FZN
Soap Lady
She is made of soap and eats germs. Afraid of bugs. Probably has the personality and mannerisms of a cartoon housewife. Found in Flower Plaza
nekhnona
Tauros
A bull-like creature with misaligned eyes found in Scarlet River that's nailed on a strange-looking board in the Ritual Room. Killing them gives you a menu theme.
orchidmantis
Basement Monster
Sleeps in the basement of the bar in Ghost Village. Screams when disturbed.
The Ibis
Hangs out in the bar in Ghost Village and in the tunnels of Altered Plains. Gives Minnatsuki strange occult visions.
Hooded Stranger
Found on a bench in Moonlit Path. Enjoys company!
The Doppelganger
A strange childlike being locked away in the a sealed room within The Underneath. Interact at your own risk.
Hoshiko
Lives at the peak of Celestial Platforms. Never leaves her room, and hates light. Despite appearing peaceful, she is withholding a disturbing secret. So don't bother her.
The Fisherman
A hat-wearing humanoid being that likes to fish in Body Bog and Primeval Edifice. Maybe the bog in Body Bog and the pool at the bottom of Primeval Edifice are the same body of water?
Lonely Eligist
A long-haired humanoid in Sunset Woods. Loves to play guitar for people, expressing his emotion through song. He'll play for you if you ask. Reacts to the Spectral Eidola.
TV Girl
A lonely girl residing in a crevice within the ground in Sunset Woods. Has TV static for a face.
Drinking Creature
Loves to drink from the pond in Stonelit Hollow. All the water just pours back out of him, though. How sad.
Rooftop Ghost
Appears my chance on the rooftop in Stonelit Hollow.
The Friendly Stranger
A bizarre giant in Red Waters.
Sleeping Girl
Eternally asleep in a cave in Orchid Haven. Waking her up will cause her dream to vanish, transporting Minnatsuki to Primeval Edifice.
RM824 Somnium
Vezuu
Spreads a corrupting moss-like substance passively. Only known member of their kind to not be hostile. Found in Sky Mausoleum.
Oniros
A Strong mage that prefers using crystalline shards with the appearance of amethyst. Loves poppies. Fairly short-tempered. Found in Void Cenotaph.
Tako
Maiko
Seen in the depths of Tatami Galaxy and Runway Crossing. She changes her appearence based on which world you are in and serves as the connection between the two.
Manor Mistresses
The two headed denizen of Wisteria Manor. Localized entirely within a closet. Inspired by an unused panorama from Yume Nikki's white desert.
Runway Models
A set of three models with polygons for heads. Upon interacting with a walking streetlight in the area, they will begin to dance. Seen in Runway Crossing.
Drain girl
A large blue haired girl in the sewer waters of Wisteria Grove. Her eyes may or may not be closed upon viewing.
Faeries
Ghostly apparitions found all over Wisteria Grove. Their hair flows in absent winds. In the hidden part of the grove, their queen can be found with red and blue wings.
Victikirby
Screwfolk
The residents of Lugnut Land. They seem to resemble large screw bolts, with the children resembling nuts. They've built up a small town for themselves, but seem unwilling to enter the forest outside.
Nejitsuki
A mysterious young man who lives in the forest that surrounds Lugnut Land. He seems rather relaxed and content with the small dwelling he's built for himself. It's unclear what relation he has with the screwfolk, if any.
wooglee
Her
A mysterious character who wears a gray gas mask, a white dress, and bears a striking resemblance to Minnatsuki. Only seen in Isolation.
