Glitch is an area accessible by going behind the screen after maxing out every switch in the Projector Room.

Map of Glitch (The tileset is random in-game)

Features

Glitch is a large void made up of scrambled tiles on a background of distorted Muma faces. Upon entry, the area will use a random tileset from another world in the game, with the chance that a default RPG Maker tileset may appear instead. There are a few symbols/messages hidden in the mess of random tiles; going left from spawn shows a heart, going right and slightly down from spawn shows a smiley face, going up from spawn reads out "Muma Rope", and going down from spawn reads out "7 empties!!". Additionally, going right from spawn you will find a boy with orange-brown hair and a green and yellow striped shirt. He stands still and cannot be interacted with.

Unusually for the game, a menu can be brought up while here, which displays a distorted picture of Muma and an option labeled "GAME_IS_OVER" that quits the game. Closing the menu changes the tileset of the world, which also changes what tiles can be walked through.

This world contains no other connections; therefore, the only ways of leaving are either to quit the game via the menu or to return to the Memory Room.

Spoilers:

[Show/Hide]

If you are following the requirements of Ending #4 and you have killed Muma's reflection in Blue Flow, there will be a memory door instead of a boy in order to prevent getting softlocked out of completing Ending #4.

Spoilers end here.
