Vitamin World is a world accessible from the light green rune in Marijuana Goddess World.
Features
This green-colored looping world is filled with pills, pill jars and boxes with a label of a ビ character on them, alongside tiles that form various paths and shapes. Walking pill-shaped wolves populate the area, equipping the Wolf effect will make them follow Urotsuki.
Entering from Marijuana Goddess World, Urotsuki is placed inside the Healthy Home, a small room containing a pill jar, a bench and a large triangle. Going to the right will let you enter the main area. From here, heading southwest is a teleport rune that leads to Bacteria World. Southeast is a wine glass that leads to Cutlery World.
From the wine glass, shortly southeast is a syringe that leads to Sweet Medical Utopia. Heading east is a DNA-shaped tile formation with a transparent door, equipping the Cake effect will let you open the door, taking Urotsuki to the DNA Room. Heading southwest from the syringe is a juice box leading to Sugar World.
