The Windy Factory is an area accessible from a bizarre teleport rune in the Technicolor Towers.

Windy Factory is a dark and drab world consisting of long metal platforms spanning over bodies of polluted water. Many of these metal paths are blocked with either cones, or the traffic of white vans, making the world difficult to navigate on first glance, due to the many dead ends it consists of.

Littered around the world are yellow, diamond-shaped signs that show an arrow. By equipping the Fairy effect and holding the arrow button of the direction on the sign, Urotsuki can cross over the gaps between platforms, navigating around the roadblocks.
