The Underground Garage is accessible from the Snowy Apartments and from the lowest floor of the staircase area in the Apartments.

Features

The Underground Garage is a series of corridors scattered with oil tanks and vending machines, some of which are operational, along with small red doors that do not lead anywhere.

From the Snowy Apartments, the area starts off with a small maze of oil tanks. A toilet can be found directly north and leads to the Scrap Metal Passage. Left of the Snowy Apartments entrance is a staircase leading to the Vending Machine Factory. Further left is a green telephone, which takes Urotsuki to Urotsuki's Dream Apartments upon interaction, activating a shortcut between these areas and overriding any current phone connection.

Going right from the Snowy Apartments, there is a path leading to a downward staircase. Descending it, the area opens up to another path on the left and right. Taking the leftmost staircase from here will lead to the basement. The right side features many oil tanks, where the presence of one of these oil tanks is determined upon sleeping, and a deceptive stairwell. To the right of the stairwell is a malfunctioned vending machine that opens up when interacted with. Going up the stairwell will lead to an exit door. North of the stairwell exit, there is a flight of stairs leading to the Apartments. West of this exit, there is a sign that changes depending on the current in-game season.

The basement is a looping corridor. Going to the right or left and up the other stairs will take Urotsuki to a red construction sign blocking an upward staircase, as well as a room with vending machines and a bench. Going all the way downstairs in the looping section will lead to a little corridor that loops all the way back to the upper basement.

Trivia

• The signs on the stairwell leading to the Apartments use the alphabet seen in Cipher Keyboard. Ascending, one will see the signs go from one up to nine, then an upside-down one symbol, an empty square, and a square combined with a one symbol. The stairs then end at an open-mouthed green creature from the FC Basement, which makes a silent, brief nodding or speaking motion upon interaction.
