Crescent Tile World is an area accessible from the Streetlight Mansion in Streetlight Garden.
Features
Crescent Tile World is a medium-sized looping area with a starry background and a handful of landmarks. Yellow and black lunar pillars, purple-silhouette tiles, streetlights and red-eyed crescents are scattered around. From the Streetlight Mansion of Streetlight Garden, walking northeastwards the player can find a small house surrounded by star stones and adorned with the lunar sign that leads to the Princess's Room.
Princess's Room
This room is inhabited by the blonde princess from Streetlight Mansion. Interacting with her only produces a bell-like ring, but she will react to the following effects:
- Wolf: She will close her eyes in apparent fear, but her movements will not change.
- Boy and Bunny Ears: She will become excited and follow Urotsuki.
- Lantern: She will stop moving, with an ominous expression on her face.
- Chainsaw: When attacked, she will disappear until the room is left.
- Crossing: She will freeze in place.
On the northern wall hangs a lunar portrait between two lights. In the northwestern corner is a light switch that can be flicked, making the room switch between light and dark. This also replaces the picture with one of a blue one-eyed creature. Flicking the switch repeatedly will have a 1/64 chance to trigger the Resentment event. Using the switch while the Lantern effect is equipped will automatically start the event.
In this event, the princess will transform into a three-footed monster with red eyes. The portrait will also change to a dark blue monster with one eye. Interacting with the monster will warp you to the second phase of the event.
In the second phase, you will be teleported to the south west corner of the event's world, with a little less than two minutes to get out before Urotsuki is woken up by the monster in the background. In the center of the world is an empty platform, and in each cardinal direction (north, east, west and south) is another smaller platform with a spot at the center. Two of the four outer platforms (randomly chosen when the player begins the event) will contain a figure which can be interacted with to teleport it onto the main platform.
Once both of the figures are on the main platform, the princess will appear at the center, which allows the player to escape the event, teleporting Urotsuki to a small room with the princess, an egg, and a door. Interacting with the egg will give you Menu Theme #75, and interacting with the door will take you back to Streetlight Garden.
