Junk from Anywhere is a location accessible via the blue object in Forest of Reflections.

Map of Junk From Anywhere.

Features

Junk from Anywhere appears to be a dump or scrapyard in a plateaued forest set underwater, populated sparsely by shark-like creatures wearing astronaut suits with bubble helmets. Some of the ground and walls appear to be ripped up.

Scattered throughout the area are outlined trees, traffic cones, and abandoned air conditioning units. Tacked along the cliff faces of the plateaus are random documents and posters. By taking the stairs, you'll arrive at a higher plateau.

You can reach the restaurant sub-area of Skyline Highway three stairs up from the Forest of Reflections entrance and interacting with the pink jellyfish there.

Equipping the Spacesuit effect will cause the astronaut sharks to take off their helmets and approach the player. If the effect's action is used, they will spin and appear to be blown away.

An NPC resembling the mackerels from Mackerel Desert can also be found here, wandering aimlessly as their head spins. If the Drum effect is equipped, they will smile, stop moving, and their bark will change.

A Shadow Mold chaser can be found lurking about on the second plateau, who will trap the player in an isolated classroom of Sunset School if touched. This is the only way to enter Sunset School if text events are enabled.
