Within the world are multiple flickering, black and white orbs. They also move downward in a linear fashion, going left→down→right→down. These orbs can be killed with the Shovel Prayer. Wandering around, you'll find a flashing red and blue orb that moves in a more erratic fashion. Interacting with this orb will bring you to the Broken Clock Park.
