The world can only be accessed after being eaten by Big Red in the Sewers. There are two notable parts of Windmill World and only two NPCs that inhabit it. One section consists of cubic stone structures, one of which having a doorway that gives one-way access to Block World. Another part of the world has six short windmills with the Fisherman next to them. Interacting with the Fisherman will play a short drum-like beat before Madotsuki is teleported to The Docks A.
