Big Red is a decorative character found at the end of the Sewers. It serves as a way of transporting the player to Windmill World, albeit in an unconventional way that contrasts with the aesthetics of the previous area.

Appearance

Big Red animated.

Big Red is large red head resting on the ground with a huge gaping maw. It has four strands of red hair and a large red eye with a black sclera. It does not react to any effects. Aside from Madotsuki herself, the whole screen is shown in shades of red and black.

When Madotsuki walks into Big Red's mouth, she is abruptly swallowed and transported to Windmill World. It will swallow her even when using the Stoplight or other effects. After swallowing Madotsuki, Big Red makes a drowsy or nauseous expression.

The music that plays here is the same one used in the main area of the Mall.

Trivia

• By looping back out of Windmill World through Docks A, it is possible to get swallowed by Big Red multiple times in one dream session.
• The small bump leading to Big Red cannot be climbed when riding the chair.
