Bloom 99 is an area accessible from the phone booth in Checkerboard Clubhouse.a

Features

Bloom 99 is a large outdoor area with a highway, a river, and trees. Floating above the landscape are translucent black-and-white fish that slowly fly leftwards. The highway is decorated with lights on its two sides. Along the northern bank of the river are a TV and a vending machine. Interacting with the TV plays a sequence of nine channels and takes you to Stereo Station afterwards.

There is a 1/16 chance upon entering the world that a gnome named Cornelius will appear to the left of the entrance. Interacting with him will show a close-up.

By the southern bank is a boat on the river. By using the boat, you can find a struggling black-and-white fish in the middle of it. Interacting with the fish makes a sound.

Chainsawing the back of the phone booth will make it enter a broken state. If you interact with it in this state, it will take you back all the way to Ninja Town and it will go back to its original state. Leaving the world does not reset the phone booth.

Channel #1 is a sunset seen from a city, with birds flying around it. Channel #2 is a video of Urotsuki falling down a building. Channel #3 is a dark hallway seen from a camera, with lights that turn off after a while. Channel #4 has a bunch of Urotsuki clones on a skateboard, this can be changed by watching channel #3 till the background gets dark. After this, there will only be one, kickflipping Urotsuki Channel #5 Is a video of a landscape filled with cubes, slowly scrolling. One of the cubes has the Aphex Twin's logo (seemingly) on it. Channel #6 is a video of Urotsuki wearing glasses and holding a cigarette next to a smoking cactus on a desert. Channel #7 is another landscape in a white background, with a bunch of dead trees scrolling, and the sun. Channel #8 is a plain landscape raining. Channel #9 is a video of wolf Urotsuki in some sort of Japanese sakura forest. After interacting again You will be taken to Stereo Station.

Watching Channel #3 for a while until the background gets dark changes Channel #4 to be a singular, kickflipping Urotsuki. After doing this and arriving in Stereo Station, a skateboard can be collected from the conductor seat.
