There is a chance depending on Variable 44 that Samishii will appear. She will usually be looking down and lifting her head up for a bit upon interaction. If the Wolf effect is equipped, Samishii will shake her head and make a Japanese “no” sound. She seems to cheer up when the Teru Teru Bozu effect is equipped, lifting her head up and starting to blush. If Variable 44 is above 200, equipping the Chainsaw or the Grave effect will show a bloody headless Samishii.
