Marine Pavilion
The Marine Pavilion (タツノコ館) is a somewhat dim, blue hall filled with aquariums inhabited by crabs and seahorses. With the Rainbow effect equipped, the aquatic creatures will glow, making them more visible, and if the Lantern effect is equipped, the area will have a faint red tint. The area's central portion has two statues of seahorses, and the southeastern corner has a passageway that is blocked by a cone, which requires that you don't have the Drum effect with you, where this passageway leads to the Grand Beach.
