Monochrome City is an area accessible by making your way to Black Caves' exit: a door bearing a question mark.
Features
This area appears to be a completely desolate East Asian city, and its name comes from the fact that the entire area is completely devoid of any true color besides Fluorette herself.
Taking the southernmost exit leads to a forest clearing, with a well on the center, and a girl named Monoka, who teaches the Monochrome Prayer can be found here, right near said well.
If you kill the Monoka that gives you the Monochrome Prayer, an event is triggered. If Fluorette is caught by the creatures that appear, she will wake up in a dark version of the real world.
