Blue Flow is some islands situated in the middle of a pale orange sea, interconnected with wooden bridges. Scattered throughout the islands are shining blue crystals. In the center of one of the islands is a giant blue crystal. When approached from the bottom or the top right, the giant crystal will show Muma's reflection.
Spoilers:
The giant crystal is one of the keys to unlocking the Erased ending. Upon approaching the reflection, Muma will take out the Bloody Knife and slice the reflection in two. After doing this, you can no longer return to the Memory Room by using the Shift key. The only way to return is to use one of the one-way doors scattered throughout the game.
Spoilers end here.On the smallest island is a Coin that Muma can collect.
Southeast of the area is a cave opening that leads to the Swimming Pool.
North is a hole that leads to the Overgrown Rust.
There is also a blue outline door that leads to the Neon Zone.
If the R-Maze connection is active in this area, there will be a teleporter right above the giant blue crystal.
