The Illusionary Corridors are an overgrown cave-like area populated with ill Hospital Children.
Entering from Snow World takes Sabitsuki down a stairway where plants grow behind her as she travels down it. This leads to a hallway that suddenly overgrows with vines once she is near the sole doorway. At this point she cannot progress forward and will be forced to enter the door, leading to the main area.
The main area is series of corridors covered with vines, plants, and other fauna. Walking through the area are various Hospital Children, some of which are covered in vines.
