The Back Ward is an area accessible from the Hospital.

Features

The Back Ward is a small series of hallways in the back of the Hospital with children wandering around. The first hallway has three doors, the leftmost leading back to the Hospital and the rightmost leading to a section of Illusionary Corridors. The center door, however, will take the player to a long hallway with an elevator at the end. Upon entering the elevator, it will shake violently and the lights will flash as it descends, and the player will end up in the Parade Ward.

Parade Ward

The Parade Ward is another hallway, similar to the one at the entrance of the area. The door in the middle will lead into a hospital room, where Little Sabitsuki sits in the bed. If your Erosion is 100 or greater, interacting with her will grant the Rust Menu Theme. At the end of the hall, there's a small bloody hole that can be opened up with the Iron Pipe. However, Sabitsuki will refuse to enter the widened hole.

Notably, an alternate version of this ward can be found in Sunset.

After becoming Rust, the hole in the hallway will be automatically opened when you arrive in the area. This hole will lead to an area that is visually similar to the Childbirth Event, and interacting with the large Onigo will grant the Empty Box known as Demon.
