Dal Segno Labyrinth (formerly known as Repetitive Violet Maze) is an area accessible from Pulsating Cubes, Winter Petal Nebula, and Blood Cell Sea.

Annotated map of Dal Segno Labyrinth

Features

Dal Segno Labyrinth is a maze consisting of corridors created by purple blocks, with blue lines scattered about on the ground. The lighting is dim and there is low pitched, droning music playing in the background.

There are doorways scattered about the maze that can take you to Winter Petal Nebula and Blood Cell Sea. There is also a purple cube-like object that will take you to Pulsating Cubes if interacted with. Lastly, southwest of this cube is a door that leads to Spectral Hub, unlocking the connection to this world from the other side.

When you step on a blue line, you are teleported to a corresponding second blue line somewhere else in the world in a way that is seamless, meaning that it is very easy to lose your sense of direction. One of the bright doorways leads to what seems like a dead end in an enclosed space, however there is a tunnel to the right that that connects to another section. After passing through, you can enter a doorway to a small room containing a golden dal segno symbol and a pair of broken lines. Pushing the symbol breaks all of the lines in the main area, making them no longer teleport you. When you go back out, the world will also be brighter, and music will no longer be playing. This only lasts for the remainder of the dream session.

Trivia

  • This world is based on the concept of dal segno in classical music.
    • The pushable golden symbol looks like the Segno symbol.
  • You cannot belly slide using the Penguin effect here.
