Crossing Archipelago is an area accessible from Skyline Highway.
Features
Crossing Archipelago is a set of grassy isles floating above a blue sky filled with clouds and traffic lights. Fish skeletons drift through the air. Orange signs extend from the landscape, some of which seem to be railroad crossing signs attached to long barriers. The circular ones have black lines through the center, and there are matching, sentient red ones milling about that are attracted to the Crossing effect. If the Teru Teru Bōzu effect is equipped, the red ones will turn blue, gain a face, and rapidly spin in place.
By the road that leads to Skyline Highway, a pirouetting pink axolotl can be seen by either waiting until it moves on screen or using the Penguin effect to slide to the right past the teleport zone. If the Rainbow effect is equipped, the axolotl will become rainbow-colored and using Rainbow makes it move faster. Using Crossing makes it stop spinning and look south.
Heading north up the first set of stairs and continuing north will lead to a silver-haired NPC with a red bow and red shoes, a blue skirt, and a black shirt with a checkered pattern. If the Drum effect is equipped, her bow will turn green and using Drum makes her move faster. She also reacts positively to the Cake. Continuing northwest up three sets of stairs will lead to a floating yellow zodiac sign. Interacting with the sign will transport Urotsuki to Capricorn Palace.
