The Realm of Gluttony is a location accessible from the back room of the butcher shop in Shop Ruins and from Pink Honeycomb.

Features

Arriving from Shop Ruins, the player will initially start in a short passage of kitchen knives strung sparsely with colorful ribbons of blood, perhaps flesh, the end of which has a white flower emerging from a puddle of light red blood. Upon interacting, it will produce a fleshy sound as the player is sent to the Realm of Gluttony's main segment. The player may return to the knife passage by walking between the two large bones leaning toward one another.

The main segment appears to be set in a void with a colorful overlay around the screen. Any explorable areas are encased in a barrier of bones protruding from the ground, a few of which appear to bear bright colors. Aside from the garishly colored forks and colorful hearts dotting the area, this world appears to be an abstract depiction of a meat locker, as various meat products bearing pastel colors appear scattered throughout, including hamburgers, chicken drumsticks, plate settings, and unknown meat products. Random abstract objects bearing a similarly pastel look, such as a heart impaled with a knife, a green lambchop, and splatters of liquid, are also present. The main area is also populated sparsely by NPCs, including small tentacles, and a pink-haired girl in white. This girl can be seen in parts of the Shop Ruins.

You can eventually find an archway with neon-colored liquid and dripping with pink. Going through this arch will bring you to a short passage made of colorful honeycombs, ending with a small, pulsating hexagon that takes you to Pink Honeycomb.

Somewhere south from the entrance, the player can find a platter of raw meat flanked by a strange archway and populated by red tentacles. Interacting with the meat platter will bring you to a small area encased in red bones, where many of the flower folk from Ancient Hydrangea City are seen dead and decapitated in small pools of blood. An woman covered in blood, who is presumed to be the butcher in Shop Ruins, may be found at the center of this area in front of a large, monochrome flower, next to a jar containing a broken heart, which turns into an eyeball if the Glasses effect is used. Chainsawing the woman will turn her face into an eye for a brief moment before turning more bloodied. The player can return to the main area by interacting with the bloody mess at the left.

Trivia

• This world's name has something of a double meaning in Japanese. It is made up of the kanji for "meat" (肉 niku) and "craving/greed/desire" (欲 yoku). The combined meaning of "desire for meat" or "desires of the flesh" has the connotation of sexual lust, which explains the 'meat and hearts' motif of the area.
