Robotic Institution is an area accessible from the Miraculous Waters.
Features
This area is a relatively small metallic facility inhabited by robots, as the name implies. It starts off with a short corridor to a lobby full of robots, with a pattern modeled after Urotsuki's face.
Heading to the western wing, you can find three rooms, two of which are which are inaccessible. The first room from the entrance, which can be entered, houses a robot observing a plant, the second being empty, which serves as the area where Urotsuki ends upon being caught by the Robot Guards if they are present in the lobby, and behind the third room is a robot and a blue door. Subsequent visits will show that the plant is growing, and if the number of times that Urotsuki has dreamed has a 9 as the last digit, interacting with the plant will lead to the Clandestine Research Laboratory.
The eastern wing also has three rooms: the first containing a small house which changes in appearance with the Glasses equipped, the second having a birdcage observed by two robots, and the third, which is accessible, leading to a sandy room with a door to the Calcarina Sea. If you return to the central lobby after visiting the Calcarina Sea, there will be three Robot Guardians who will chase you there, trapping you in an empty room on the western wing if you get caught.
There's a 1/20 chance every time you enter the area that the facility will be in a messed up, holey, red-black state. While in this version of the facility, there's only access to the left wing of the area, which doesn't contain any NPCs nor connections. Every cell will contain the same purple vines as the third cell with the double doors. Going all the way to the very left of this area near the double doors will cause the screen to tint purple with a door being heard opening and closing off-screen and force Urotsuki awake.

Trivia
- Before version 0.112f, a wearable scientist coat was found at the main room of the laboratory. Due to it causing some bugs, it got removed.
