Sheltered Drains is a area accesible after interacting with the two blue-black stripes in Blue Black Maze.
Features
Sheltered Drains is what appears to be an underground drainage system with various pillars holding up the ceiling. Shortly after arriving you board a boat and traverse the world over the water. The structure of the world is a single line that loops back to the start point.
Going through the opening found west of the place you enter the boat in will take you to Bilge Puddle World.
