The Docks is an area accessible from a Teleport Rune in the Apartments.

Annotated Map of The Docks.

Features

The Docks are a misty area consisting of wooden piers arranged in a maze over a large ocean. Random objects can be found in the water, such as metal hands or sinking tanks.

Around the West side of the map is a ferryman who will take Urotsuki to the Realistic Beach upon interaction. Slightly northwest of the ferryman is a pipe leading to the River Road B. A little northeast of the pipe is a teleport rune to the Apartments in the center of a spiral, and slightly east of that is another teleport rune to Teddy Bear Land.

Near the end of the maze are several red scarecrow-like girls sticking out of the water around a submarine.

By taking a south turn from a long horizontal path on the way to the submarine, then continuing south from there, a yellow scarecrow can be found on the dock. Interacting with it takes Urotsuki to Stingray Skies.

The submarine is located at the end of the maze along with the Commando & Provost-san who sometimes sit outside on the docks when the submarine is closed.

If the submarine door is closed, Urotsuki can open it by stepping over the event marks on the path leading to the submarine several times (the small boxes in the map image).

The submarine's inside is a small round area with two windows and a control panel. Interacting with Provost-San (or Kenpai-San), will turn the walls transparent. Urotsuki can sit on the empty stool in front of the control panel, interacting with it will make Kenpai-San look at Urotsuki (almost as a warning). Once Urotsuki sits on the bench and waits for a while, the scrolling sea background will slow down and the radar noise will change; interacting with Kenpai-san allows Urotsuki to get out of the submarine, and it will take her to the Ocean Floor.

Trivia

  • If the player teleports to the origin (X0, Y0) of this map in Playtest Mode, then they will be surrounded by tiles that cause the player to lose almost all control of Urotsuki as she moves randomly & quickly, as well as cause the tileset to change to that of her room's. This also changes the music to a crashed chiptune drone. This event seemingly cannot be turned off, not even by changing maps with F9 to force open the menu (as all buttons are disabled).
