Sugar Hole is an area accessible from either the Reverse Apartments, through an elevator near a staircase that is coned-off, or the Sewers.

Features

Annotated map of Sugar Hole

Sugar Hole is a small area that resembles a bar. It is split into two segments: the "front" of the bar, reached via the Sewers, wherein a counter staffed by a cleaner can be found, and the "back" of the bar, a comparatively more decorated section containing tables that is accessed through the Reverse Apartments. These two segments are united by a small gap in the front counter that can only be traversed with the Cat effect. An exit to the Hole can be found directly to the right of the Reverse Apartments entrance.

By sitting at the counter and interacting with the cleaner, Sabitsuki will order a meal. The meal she orders depends on how much money she has. She will only order a drink if she has 100 yen but will also purchase a cake with her drink for 300 yen if she can afford it. Only one meal can be ordered per dream.

Ordering a cake three times will unlock the Sugar menu theme, which can be equipped from the Kaibutsu found in the School. Additionally, ordering five cakes will allow her to access the hole in girl area from the Sweet Sugar, and ordering ten cakes will allow her to trigger the Sugar float days event in the Reverse Apartments, provided she has interacted with the Cleaner in the back rooms at least once in that flow session.

The black NPC situated at the counter will always drop Yen when killed. Additionally, instead of disappearing like most NPCs, his body will be left behind after his death. He also will not respawn until Sabitsuki wakes up.

There is a chance upon entering flow of a Kaibutsu armed with a pipe appearing at the bar and drinking in peace. Attempting to hit him with the Iron Pipe effect will cause him to quickly counterattack and knock Sabitsuki down. After she falls to the ground, he will raise his weapon and strike her again while laughing, killing her. The screen will cut to black and the sound of something being dragged will be heard. Sabitsuki's mangled body will then be show in a dark room lit only from the doorway. After the door closes, she will wake up in her room. Each time this event is triggered, the Erosion Counter will increase by 15 points.

Interacting with the painting in the back of the bar will teleport you to a small sub-area of Sugar Hole known as Cleaner World.

The Sugar Hole is completely abandoned when visited as Rust. She cannot order meals, as the front is completely empty, and the Bar Kaibutsu will never appear.

Cleaner World

First variant of Cleaner World
Second variant of Cleaner World

Cleaner World consists of a flat, rocky area scarred by big chasms from which rusted or bloody pipes extend. It is populated by three aggressive Kaibutsus (Fetuses if playing as Rust) and a single cleaner. The only things of note here are a door, which leads back to Sugar Hole's back area, and a chainsaw that can be found next to the Cleaner. Interacting with it will grant the Daruma effect.

If Sabitsuki already has the Daruma Effect, interacting with the painting has a small chance (roughly 30%, decided at the start of every flow session) of taking her to a different, smaller variant of Cleaner World. This version is equally unnoteworthy; outside of the reduced size, the only significant difference is that this variant only has two Kaibutsu (or Fetuses) instead of three.
