Sweet Sugar is an area accessible from a building in Psychedelic Town.

Features

The Sweet Sugar appears to be a love hotel or brothel of some sort. It is staffed by a number of maids, and also contains shadowy blobs that seem to be clientele.

From the entrance, proceeding to the right will lead to the restrooms. Inside the women's restroom, Sabitsuki can use the bathroom by entering the right stall and can observe her face in the mirror. Her reflection always depicts her normal face, regardless of whatever current Effect is equipped, and also seems to depict her topless. The left stall is locked, but occasionally^[1], knocking on the door and starting to walk out of the restroom will make someone loudly knock back. Sabitsuki will refuse to enter the men's restroom.

Heading left from the entrance will lead to a series of four bedrooms. From right to left:

The first bedroom contains a single maid.
The second bedroom contains a single maid and a shadowy blob.
The third bedroom contains a single maid and notably has no background music.
- If Sabitsuki has eaten at least five 300-yen meals at the Sugar Hole, interacting with the maid will result in a close-up of her face appearing, revealing that she has a hole for a face. There is a further 1/5 chance decided every time Sabitsuki interacts with her that said hole will suddenly expand and consume the screen, transporting Sabitsuki to hole in girl.
The fourth bedroom contains the corpse of a maid on the bed.

The door on the left side of the room is blocked by a shadowy blob that will laugh at Sabitsuki if she interacts with it. If it is moved, either by killing it with the Iron Pipe or using the Whistle or Handgun, Sabitsuki can enter what appears to be another set of restrooms. Entering the right stall will take her to a small room filled with women's corpses, while knocking on the locked left stall door will play the extremely faint sound of a woman screaming.

If visited as Rust, extremely little changes. She will see the Inner Demon reflected in the women's bathroom mirror. If she checks her reflection, her forehead will appear to be bleeding and she also has a bloody nose. There are also no Fetuses.
