The music consists of bells playing at varying pitches, giving the world a suspenseful and dreadful tone. The Aztec Rave Monkey can be seen in the scrolling parallax background.

Several ghost-like creatures appear scattered throughout the world, which will appear above Madotsuki when interacted with, though they will disappear upon going to another area. A frog can also be found here, which gives the Frog effect upon interaction.
