Binding Site is a hub world accessible mainly from various Phoenician letters.

Map of Binding Site

Features

Binding Site is a rather large world split into various parts. In general, it is themed around ancient Phoenicia, mostly seen with brick structures and the presence of Phoenician letters.

Phoenician Letter Room (Binding Site A)

Phoenician Letter Room is the hub part of Binding Site, featuring several letters from the Phoenician alphabet forming a circle similarly to a Nexus. They work as teleporters to different worlds, with them leading to these worlds (listed clockwise):

Connections that haven’t been added at the moment are marked with a stop sign icon drawn on the ground.

Above the Phoenician letter circular formation is a gap leading to the Sunny Outdoors. Going either left or right will reveal a set of more Phoenician letters.

Sunny Outdoors (Binding Site B)

Sunny Outdoors is a small sub-area with large empty spaces in which Urotsuki can walk, revealing a scrolling background behind.

Not much else can be found here, except for a door to the right of the entrance with a TV engraved on it, which will take you to TV Site. Crossing the river will reveal more metallic blocks with carpets laid on top of them.

TV Site

TV Site is a multi-floor complex with utility poles and TV monitors which is accessible from a door with the TV logo in Binding Site B. Interacting with the TVs on different floors gives Urotsuki various masks.

Using the Glasses effect reveals arrows next to entrances leading up and down. This indicates the way you’re going when using the entrance.

Floor 1

Floor 1 features a row of small dark blue CRT TVs on gray podiums, as well as a larger dark gray flat monitor with the benches below it. Beside the benches are two telephones reminiscent of the one in Urotsuki's Dream Apartments, however they give masks instead, with the golden telephone requiring Lemonade Edifice to be visited prior.

Floor 2

Floor 2 introduces masks that require the player to visit specific locations to be unlocked, which is hinted at by the lock icon next to the floor indicator. Below are the worlds that need to be visited:

Floor 3

Floor 3 features many cardboard boxes of varying sizes (and even shapes), empty mannequins and two pink gift boxes. A miniature tennis court can be spotted in the center of this floor with a tennis racket and a tennis ball.

Slightly west from tennis court are mannequins with gym suits on them that can be interacted with. Doing so will make Urotsuki wear the suits.

Floor 4

Floor 4’s monitors have different coloring from Floors 1 and 2, being dark pink/red and beige for masks of Urotsuki’s prototype designs.

Directions

With the Glasses effect:

Trivia

  • The puddles on the floor on TV Site’s Floor 2 resemble a morse code.
  • Many of the masks reference either:
    • Yume Nikki’s effects and pseudo effects (Poop Hair, Wryneck, Nopperabou, etc.)
    • Yume 2kki’s unused effects (Headphones, Utility Knife, Hagedzura, etc.)
    • Prototype designs of Urotsuki (The three beige monitor masks in Floor 4)
  • One of the gift boxes on Floor 3 is a reference to the one that used to give Menu Theme #12 in Urotsuki's Dream Apartments when wataru's areas were removed.
  • The music in Binding Site B used to be incorrect, the music that was supposed to play there was played in Vivid Blue Flatlands. This was later fixed.
