The Staircase of Hands is a staircase that connects one of the five random beds in the dream world to Underground World.
Features
The Staircase of Hands is a single purple staircase within a black void. Surrounding the staircase are blue hands with squiggly arms that reach upward.
The area can only be accessed by sleeping in one of the five beds found around the dream world that have a similar appearance to Madotsuki's bed in the real world. These five beds can be found in Madotsuki's Dream Room, Candle World, Snow World, Block World, and Number World.
When the staircase area is entered, Madotsuki can either go up or down the stairs. Going up will cause Madotsuki to teleport back to the bed that was used to enter Staircase of Hands. After being teleported back, the bed leading to the staircase will change (although, since it is still a 1/5 chance, the same bed might be chosen). Going down will lead to Underground World.
The bed in Candle World is always guaranteed to teleport the player to this area if the Poop Hair effect found in Underground World has not yet been collected. Another one of the four remaining beds may still be randomly selected, making there be two beds in total. If the Poop Hair effect has not yet been obtained, the bed in Candle World is recommended, as it is always guaranteed under this condition.
- Nexus → Candle World → Staircase of Hands
The other routes are still fairly short as the remaining beds are all found in Nexus worlds.
- Nexus → Snow World → Staircase of Hands
- Nexus → Block World → Staircase of Hands
- Nexus → Number World (Bed Room) → Staircase of Hands
