Nightmare Express is an area accessible from the train car in the Underground Subway, a mini train car in the Worksite, or a house in the Dreary Harbor.
Features

Entering from the Underground Subway, Urotsuki starts in the left-most train car available, populated with some odd-looking people. You can head east to continue through the area, in which the next train car contains a fleshy mushroom-shaped creature, Chainsawing it will distort train and make a Shadow X appear.
